Compliance

The ruleshold the arch.

A network is only as sound as the weakest thing one of its partners publishes. So supervision is part of what we sell, and these rules are part of every partner agreement.

Supervision

Checked before, sampled during.

We supervise every partner and every sub-IB they bring in. A partner never carries the compliance load of their own recruits alone.

  1. 01

Every partner is checked before they publish

Identity, audience, jurisdictions and existing broker relationships are checked during onboarding.

  2. 02

    Every campaign is sampled

The desk reviews a sample of each partner's live copy every month, including copy published by sub-IBs.

  3. 03

    Breaches are logged and answered

A refused claim is logged with the reason. Repeated breaches pause tracking links until they are resolved.

  4. 04

The broker sees the same record

Our partner register and review log are shared with the partner broker on request.

The claim library

A visible red line.

Four verdicts cover every sentence a partner might publish. The desk uses the same four when it reviews your copy.

01

MAY SAY

Describe documented broker features and the commercial terms in your own agreement.

  • Platform features the broker publishes
  • Your tier and how it is reviewed
CONTROL
02

MUST SHOW

The relationship, the assumptions, the risk warning and the source of every figure.

  • Introducing-broker disclosure
  • Risk warning in full, not a link
CONTROL
03

MAY NOT SAY

Promised income, effortless returns, “no risk” wording or any claim of regulator approval.

  • “Earn while you sleep”
  • Screenshots of payouts
BLOCK
04

MUST ESCALATE

Unapproved jurisdictions, requests for individual advice and any edited campaign claim.

  • A new country
  • A changed headline on approved copy

Approved-copy rules

Six rules. No exceptions by email.

They apply to partners and sub-IBs alike, on every channel, in every language.

Rule 01

Approved copy is used as approved

Assets from the library may be resized and translated through the desk. Headlines, figures and disclosures are not edited.

Rule 02

New copy is reviewed before it is published

Posts, scripts, pages and emails go to the compliance desk first. Review takes up to x business days.

Rule 03

The relationship is named every time

Every piece of copy says you are an introducing broker, names the broker and says you may receive a commission.

Rule 04

The risk warning travels in full

The broker's risk wording appears in the copy itself, at a readable size, never only behind a link.

Rule 05

No earnings, no screenshots

No income figures, payout screenshots, lifestyle imagery or trading results, yours or anyone else's.

Rule 06

Performance is labelled hypothetical

Any example of past or simulated performance says it is hypothetical, and that results vary and losses are possible.

Disclosures

The wording, in full.

These are the standard texts partners place in their copy. On a live network each is the approved wording, and the broker's own text is used unedited.

Relationship

Every page, post and email

Keystone Partners is an introducing broker for Corbel Markets (fictional broker) and may receive a commission when you open and trade on an account through our links. [Partner name] is a partner of Keystone Partners and may also receive a commission. This does not change the price you pay.

Risk warning

Wherever trading or an account is mentioned

CFDs and leveraged forex are complex instruments and come with a high risk of losing money rapidly due to leverage. You should consider whether you understand how these products work and whether you can afford to take the high risk of losing your money. xx% of retail investor accounts lose money when trading CFDs with this provider.

Education, not advice

Sessions, guides and videos

This content is for education only. It is not investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. Consider your own circumstances and seek independent advice if you need it.

Hypothetical performance

Any example of past, simulated or copied performance

Hypothetical or simulated performance results have limitations. They do not represent actual trading, may not reflect the impact of market factors such as liquidity, and are not a reliable indicator of future results. Losses are possible.

Partner projection

Any partner-recruitment material

Any figure shown is a projection from stated assumptions, not expected or promised earnings. Results depend on broker terms, qualification, activity, churn and timing, and can be lower or nothing at all.

Concerns and complaints

Seen something wrong?

If you see a Keystone partner promising returns, hiding the relationship or giving advice, tell the partner desk. Every report is logged and answered, and the partner's links can be paused while it is reviewed.

Complaints about an account, a trade or a payment go to Corbel Markets, which handles them under its own procedure. Licence no. xxxxxx.
